01| Get in touch
Fill out my contact form and tell me about your wedding plans! Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out within 48 hours and we’ll go over available dates and chat about your wedding vision.
02) The planning consultation
Once you’re booked, we’ll set up an in-person consultation date in Rarotonga with myself (Fe’ena) and Florence (your celebrant). This is when we’ll visit Ministry of Justice to sort out your paperwork, visit Ngatekoro Beach and finally over the details, timeline, and what matter most for your ceremony and photography.
03) Your wedding day
The day you’ve been dreaming of is finally here! You focus on being present and celebrating with your people, and we’ll focus on delivering a smooth and joyous service to celebrate your special day.

Florence Tia, is a national award-winning, story-telling celebrant specialising in bespoke ceremonies. She has earned finalist awards in the Cook Islands People’s Choice Awards two years running, with 2024 earning her double recognition in the Business and Individual Categories.
She is passionately dedicated to helping couples achieve the elopement ceremony of their dreams. She is an all-rounder officiant who will handle every detail of your elopement, from organising the ceremony, floral decorations to providing help with marriage legalities and transportation to and from the registry office.
