AN INTIMATE ELOPEMENT IN PARADISE
The Essential Memories Wedding Package offers a romantic beachside ceremony on a private Rarotonga beach, surrounded by swaying coconut trees and gentle waves. Our expert team handles every detail, from planning to execution, ensuring a stress-free and personalized celebration. With arrangements for the venue, décor, and special touches, we create a ceremony that reflects your unique love story.

An all-inclusive package!
Your ceremony will be planned and officiated by Florence Tia or Don Buchanan (my parents!) and will take place on our exclusive and private Ngatekoro Beach venue, with a ceremony arch decorated with tropical foliage and seating.
Fresh flower garland or flower button hole for the groom and a choice of fresh flower bouquet or crown for the bride, is included, as well as complimentary bubbles!
Help with application of marriage licence and legal papwerwork is included, we’ll also pick you up from your accommodation for our in-person consultation from registry office to Ngatekoro Beach.

She is passionately dedicated to helping couples achieve the elopement ceremony of their dreams. She is an all-rounder officiant who will handle every detail of your elopement, from organising the ceremony, floral decorations to providing help with marriage legalities and transportation to and from the registry office.
